About these Terms

By creating an account or using the UniCo Platform, you agree to follow these Terms and any service-specific terms presented before you use or order that service. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.

Who may use UniCo

You must be legally able to accept these Terms for yourself or have authority to act for an organization. The Platform is intended for adults and organizational users, not as a child-directed service.

Accounts and security

• One account represents one registered user identity.
• Keep credentials confidential and provide accurate account information.
• Tell UniCo Solutions promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
• Do not share a personal account or evade authentication and permission controls.

My Space

My Space is the user’s personal, owner-scoped application context. It is separate from Profile and Account Settings and does not automatically share data with Business Space. Personal modules are available only where UniCo makes them available through the Platform.

Business Space and Workspaces

Business Space provides access to separate Workspaces. Access depends on active membership, role and permissions. Workspace owners and administrators must invite users and assign access only within their authority. A platform role does not automatically grant access to business content in a Workspace.

User content and data

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize UniCo Solutions and its service providers to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the requested service and comply with law. You must have the rights and lawful authority needed to provide content about other people or organizations.

Acceptable use

• Do not access another user or Workspace without authorization.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload or bypass security controls.
• Do not use the UniCo Platform to deceive, harm others or violate applicable law.
• Do not reverse engineer or misuse the service except where law expressly permits it.

UniCo services and paid services

Available features and services are those made available through the Platform or confirmed in service-specific communications. Roadmap descriptions do not constitute availability commitments.

Where UniCo Solutions offers a paid service, the applicable price, taxes, scope, payment and additional commercial terms will be presented before the user places the order. No subscription plan or fee is created by these Terms alone.

Intellectual property

UniCo Solutions and its licensors retain rights in the Platform, branding, software and documentation. These Terms give users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use available services while their account is authorized, subject to mandatory law and any service-specific terms.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, address non-payment under paid terms, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate and lawful, UniCo Solutions will explain the reason and available next steps. Account and content handling after termination remains subject to applicable retention, export and deletion duties.

Availability, changes and liability

UniCo Solutions may maintain, improve or change the Platform and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes affecting a paid service will follow applicable notice and contractual requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional limitations, remedies or service levels for a paid or organizational service must be presented in the applicable commercial terms.

Governing law, disputes and contact

Mandatory consumer protections and courts available under applicable law are not displaced. The governing law and agreed forum for a paid or organizational service will be identified in the applicable order or service-specific terms before purchase.
